World-webcam-chat introduction

We aim to provide an on-line community where adults can chat with each other in a safe environment.

We do not want our members to suffer from abuse, threats or intimidation.

World-webcam-chat is for persons over 18 years of age.

Personal information should not be divulged in chat conversations. Do not give your address, telephone number or any other personal details.

You should not arrange to meet someone in person. A person may not be who they say they are. All our users are registered with us and we keep these details in our database.

In the event of abuse occurring we can take action to remove the offender from the community and if necessary report the matter to their IP provider and/or the Police.

Using a registration based chat service is considered by us to be safer than free chat systems where no monitoring of users or recording of members takes place.

Safety Features

You can opt not to receive incoming private messages.You can block a specific user from sending you a private message.

User names are unique and linked to password protection to aim to prevent impersonation of a member taking place.We have a filter to prevent most obscene language in the public chat forum.

Moderation

Our Chat Guides are present in the public chat rooms for your safety at certain times but not 24 hours per day. For this reason local-chat and world-webcam-chat does not claim to be a moderated site.

A Chat Guide when present aims to reduce abuse, threatening behaviour and sexually explicit conversation.

Profiles

If you choose to enter a profile, please be aware that this can be viewed by any member. Do not reveal personal information in this profile.

Reporting Abuse

If you feel that another member is breaking the site rules, email the details to us using the Emailt Us button.
Include :Their user name, Date and time of the incident.
The location where the incident occurred. If possible copy any chat forum abuse into your email. If we deem this member to have broken the rules their membership will be terminated.
